1 ) How long is the validity of a business license ?
- The business license is valid for one year. each license will expire on December 31 of each year. therefore , if you sign up as an example in the mid -year in May , your license will still expire on December 31 and is counted as a year.

3 ) I want to place 10 banners on the roadside to promote my business , do all banners must be licensed each or enough for only one banner ?

- Each barn/canopy which are not inside in the premis, must be get permission first. Charge for the permit is rm320 without calculate the area of canopy. However, you must get the approval of parking (where parking place ) from the relevant authorities and the approval of the canopy or temporary sheds / rent for a permit .
5 ) Does the halal logo should be on every eatery Malays ( Muslims ) to get a business license ?
- Placement of the halal logo to shop Malays ( Muslims ) is not a requirement to obtain a business license . It is subject to the dealer himself whether to put the logo or not . However , if the dealer wants to put the logo, they must get approval from the office to advance Islam (JAKIM). Traders who put the halal logo without the approval and inspection from the 'JAKIM' , they may be legal action .
6 ) I am a trader who runs a business on the premises of the bottom, two-storey premises . I plan to make the top of the well as a shop. Do I need to get another license for the same business ?
