CHARTER'S PROMISE

P1

Non-risk business licence applications shall be processed within 1 working day from the date a complete application is received.

Risk business licence applications shall be processed within 30 working days from the date a complete application is received, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Johor State Secretary (SUK Johor).

Tent permit applications shall be processed within 7 working days.

Business licence cancellation applications shall be processed within 1 working day.

Applications for transfer of ownership of assessment accounts shall be processed within 7 working days from the date complete documents are received and assessment payments are confirmed.

Approval letters for shop rental applications shall be issued within 14 days from the date of approval at the Full Council Meeting.

Applications for development proposals submitted separately for Planning Permission Plans shall be processed within 99 days.

Applications for development proposals submitted separately for Building Plans, Earthworks Plans, Road and Drainage Plans shall be processed within 92 days.

Concurrent development proposal applications shall be processed within 99 days.
P11 Applications for development proposals submitted separately for Temporary Building Plans, Minor Building/Extension Plans and Street Lighting Plans shall be processed within 33 days.
P12 Consideration of Simple Planning Permission applications shall be completed within 99 days.
P13 Applications for house renovations, extensions and repairs shall be processed within 30 working days from the date complete documents are received and all requirements are complied with.
P14 Complaints under the general category shall be resolved within 15 working days.
P15 90% of customer complaints shall be acknowledged within 1 working day.
